Must be a member of the class of 2020 in a Central Florida high school and must bring school ID to appointment. Must have good oral hygiene, good oral health, & no dental work needed – we will take a free X-ray and ask about dental history to ensure there are no existing conditions where whitening is not recommended (including but not limited to pregnancy, dentogenedis imperfecta, gum disease, caries, etc). Must be able to have a good impression made using alginate, must be over 12 years of age, must use the bleaching solution as recommended. In-person visit required for X-ray, visit with doctor and impression as well as for delivery of custom bleaching trays. Offer ends June 30, 2020. As of today, the governor’s executive order allows Smiley Face to see patients starting May 5th, but this may change. Free whitening trays require an appointment, and space is limited.
